Incentivizing Compensation: From Setup to Structure

Linda Jancaric knows compensation. Linda currently serves as the Compensation Director for MRA and has 25+ years of experience and a Master's in Labor Relations. Linda’s 20 plus years of compensation experience include working with small, private companies and large, public, multinational firms in industries ranging from high technology and financial services to general manufacturing, retail, and healthcare.

She will join the NHRA to share her tips & tricks with our members on incentivizing pay using real-life examples. Linda's learning objectives for NHRA members include:

1. Providing NHRA members with a strong understanding of different types of incentive and bonus plans;

2. How to approach the design and implementation phases;

3. What the legal pitfalls are and how to keep your organization out of hot water.
