The workforce crisis we are facing is sure to become even more challenging in the future. As HR professionals, we need to keep our eyes open and our finger on the pulse, and be open for what's ahead. We are thrilled to have Mike Henke presenting on how to build bench strength at our companies, what employees are looking for from their employers and the key to attracting talent in the future. We will also learn about strategies we can apply with our current workforce, how to be proactive to analyze our organizations, and what we can and need to do to adapt to this ever-changing landscape.

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Mike Henke

A national speaker whose passion for building strong teams led to the creation of Mike Henke Inc. Mike works with organizations throughout the country in the areas of Leadership Training, Recruiting & Retention and Positive Workplace Environment. Mike has created over 50 training programs, is a former SHRM Chapter President, and has been selected to present at 10 SHRM State Conferences, seven Disrupt HR events, and for 36 SHRM chapters! Mike also grew up in northern Minnesota and has a deep understanding of the area we call home.
