Learn how you can identify and leverage strengths, evaluate and remedy preventable stressors, and co-create rituals and micro moments that reinforce mental wellbeing- a key indicator of employee retention. During this workshop we will answer the big question of: How can we intentionally design a cohesive, healthy organizational culture? This workshop is focused primarily on workplace resilience practices and is designed to enhance personal connection with fellow participants and colleagues.

Kami Norland, MA, ATR, is the Compassionate Experiences Organizer (CEO) of Integrative Re-Sources, LLC, and co-founder of the global Elevate Compassion Coalition.
