Ever wonder why some workplaces feel like a breath of fresh air while others make you want to pull your hair out? The answer lies in the invisible force called "workplace culture." The unwritten rules, shared values, and subtle cues shape how we think, feel, and act at work.

In this eye-opening session, we'll peel back the layers of workplace culture. You'll discover how something as innocuous as how the boss dresses or the jokes traded in the breakroom can profoundly impact everything from motivation to ethics.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will be able to:

  • Analyze the unique elements that define and contribute to workplace culture.
  • Describe the four ways culture is transmitted to employees and is sustained throughout a workplace.
  • Explain the role that culture plays in the success or failure of an organization.
  • Assess their own organization through the lens of workplace culture.

Session Details:

7:30 am - welcome and networking

8:00 am - session begins
